Welcome to Client Love — a small collection of kind words from some of the brilliant humans I’ve had the joy of working with. Coaching is collaborative magic, and these reflections capture what it feels like when things click, shift and gently transform.

“I first met Katherine at an extremely vulnerable point in my life; my career, relationships and self-worth were all in a heap on the floor and I felt one minor inconvenience away from spontaneously combusting.
Coaching with Katherine has been genuinely transformative. For the first time ever, it felt like someone actually understood how my brain works and could articulate things I felt but didn’t yet have the language for.
I didn’t dread the sessions the way I’ve done with therapy or other support before. Normally, I stay masked, polite and never quite get to the root of what’s going on in my mind but with Katherine, I felt seen, safe and supported. She explained my patterns, energy and nervous system in a way that suddenly made my entire life make sense, without shame or judgement.
What shifted most for me was my relationship with myself. Instead of leaving with more rules, more shame, or more pressure to perform as a “Perfect Adult,” I left with insight, language and a surprising amount of bravery. I’ve navigated HUGE life changes I would normally have avoided or blown up spectacularly and for someone who has spent forever feeling like an unhinged chaotic mess, actually feeling compassion for myself genuinely, not performatively, has been life-altering.
Katherine brings a rare combination of warmth, depth, humour and clarity that only someone who truly understands the neurodivergent experience can offer. Her work has changed me and I’m forever grateful.”

“I have been working with Katherine for almost a year, and I cannot begin to explain the tremendous impact she has had within that time. I was diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD in October 2022, and although I was relieved to find out, I also felt stunned and incredibly overwhelmed. Medication did not work so well for me, I wanted to learn who I was without having to mask my responses and behaviours, and understand how I can live authentically within the creative rhythms of my ADHD.
Katherine has not only opened my eyes to the wonderful benefits of what it means to have ADHD, but also the glorious quirks and idiosyncrasies that make me, me. My life has gone from a muffled monochrome existence where I was only a spectator watching from the sidelines to full 5D multicolour where my potential is endless!
It’s the small things that have had the biggest impact, like creating routines that have meaning, finding out what actually motivates me and keeps me interested in something, and understanding my responses when before I would have berated myself for not being like everyone else expected me to be.
I cannot recommend Katherine enough; your life will always be enhanced with her at your side.”

“I’ll forever be grateful the day I hopped on a discovery call with Katherine. The way she’s held space for me to process many tangled feelings about ADHD and the mishmash of my life has put me on a journey of growth and self discovery I didn’t know was waiting for me. I always look forward to our sessions together and am truly grateful for the impact she’s had on my ADHD riddled life. I feel empowered, seen and cared for, and the techniques she’s helped build into my day to day have been amazing. Highly recommend- although don’t all rush to her because I want her all to myself xoxo.”

“As someone with late-diagnosed ADHD, I’d spent years struggling and masking to the point where I genuinely didn’t know who I was anymore. Thank goodness for the day I jumped on a call with Katherine: she has genuinely changed my life for the better.
Katherine has this amazing way of holding space for me whilst also giving me practical tools and resources as I navigate my way back to myself. She’s helping me figure out how to not just survive in this neurotypical world with an ADHD brain, but flourish, sparkle and shine.
Working with her has been transformative. I can’t recommend working with her enough. Jump on a call and see for yourself!”

“The insight and understanding I’m gleaming from you is giving me a much greater level of self-awareness that I haven’t been able to unpick before. I know it will help me to help myself and manage my symptoms going forward. I’m incredibly grateful to have someone who ‘gets me’ and for your support and coaching to move forward.”

“I have been working with Katherine for over a year now and it has been a fantastic investment into my health and well-being as someone who is neurodivergent.
From Katherine support I’ve been able to understand my mind a lot better, learn various new coping strategies to manage my work performance and also to help improve the quality of my life.
Katherine is someone who is also very easy to talk to and build a rapport with which massively helped build trust to have her as an ADHD coach. I would honestly recommend Katherine to anyone.”

“Getting diagnosed with combined ADHD at the age of 49 was overwhelming to say the least. Katherine was a huge help in both helping me navigate this whole new world of starting to understand myself so much better, but also in helping me become so much kinder towards myself.
I had spent a lifetime thinking everything was usually my fault, my weaknesses were personality flaws and I had few strengths to talk about. With Katherine’s help I started realising how much of my view of myself had been shaped by a world not designed for my brain.
And as a result I was able to move towards being so much empathetic to myself and my younger self, and subsequently towards a much happier place. I will be forever grateful!”
